The 911 Turbo S is 20mm wider than previous models, to be exact. The rear wings have a particularly strong design. Another feature that has been characteristic of the 911 Turbo since the very first model.

The design language of the front part refers to the history of Porsche - and yet it plows the fallow. It is an incredible 45 mm wider. In combination with a wider track, it significantly increases stability.

Larger exhaust turbochargers and Piezo injectors are used for the first time. Exhaust manifolds derived from the 911 GT2 RS improve responsiveness and efficiency thanks to optimized flow ratios.

The completely newly developed 8-speed Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) enables extremely fast gear changes without interrupting the power flow - not even for a millisecond. Compared to previous generations, the new 8-speed PDK offers a significantly wider middle ground between comfort, performance and efficiency.

The charge air cooling and engine air intake have been completely redesigned. Previously, air for the intercooler was supplied through the side air intakes on the rear wings, and air for the engine intake through the tailgate grill. This principle has been replaced in the current 911 Turbo models. This can also be seen in the additional two-way air outlet for the charge air coolers between the tailpipes in the rear bumper. This allows for more efficient airflow and charge air cooling – and thus more power.
